- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt cream cheese over low heat.
- Add cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, stirring until melted.
- Mix in diced tomatoes with green chilies, onions, and bell peppers.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
