- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Layer the cooked beef, black beans, and cheese over the chips.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven and top with salsa, jalapeños, avocado, and cilantro.
