Ingredients

- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1 avocado, diced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- Add lime juice, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
- Gently fold in diced avocado.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
