A tasty and easy game day food made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add barbecue sauce, onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve with buns or as desired.
Notes
- Can substitute chicken with beef or pork.
- Add more vegetables for extra nutrition.
- Adjust spices to taste.
