Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Add black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
