- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 cups chili, prepared
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut potatoes into fries and soak in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the fries dry.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Remove fries from oven and top with chili and cheese.
- Return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot, topped with sour cream and green onions.
