A hearty and spicy beer chili perfect for game day gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz each) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (12 oz) beer
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, and beer. Mix well.
- Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and let it cook for 30 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.

- Top with cheese or sour cream if desired.
- Can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
