Delicious and easy game day appetizers made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 can of black beans, drained
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 jar of salsa
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and transfer beef to the crock pot.
- Add black beans, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Stir in cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
