- 2 pounds frozen snow crab legs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Thaw the crab legs under cold water for about 30 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add minced garlic.
- Place the crab legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the crab legs.
- Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
