- 4 frozen lobster tails
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Thaw the lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top of the lobster shell down the middle with kitchen scissors.
- Gently pull the meat out of the shell and place it on top.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Grill or bake for about 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Serve hot with additional melted butter on the side.
Notes
- For best results, do not overcook the lobster.
- Pair with a side of vegetables or salad.
- You can substitute garlic with herbs if preferred.
