Instructions
- Thaw the lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top of the lobster shell down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- Melt the butter and mix in garlic and lemon juice.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.

- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque.
