Instructions
- Thaw the lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the lobster tails lengthwise and place them on a baking dish.
- Melt butter in a pan and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the lobster tails.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the tails and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the lobster is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
