- 2 pounds snow crab legs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each crab leg in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the crab legs in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make sure the oil is hot before frying.
- Do not overcrowd the fryer to ensure even cooking.
- Use fresh crab legs for the best taste.
