- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and remove the meat.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- In another bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip the lobster meat in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the coated lobster tails in the hot oil.
- Fry for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
