Description
A delicious fried lobster roll featuring succulent lobster meat, crisped to perfection and served on a buttery roll.
Ingredients

- 1 lb lobster meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 4 hot dog rolls
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives.
- Form the lobster mixture into small patties.
- Coat each patty in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Toast the hot dog rolls in the same pan.
- Assemble the fried lobster patties in the rolls.
- Serve warm.
