- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Dip each crab leg in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Carefully place the coated crab legs in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
