Description
A simple and hearty dish made with chicken and rice that cooks itself in the oven.
Ingredients

			- 4 chicken thighs
 - 1 cup rice
 - 2 cups chicken broth
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 cup frozen peas
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a baking dish, spread the rice evenly.
 - Pour the chicken broth over the rice.
 - Add the chopped onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
 - Place the chicken thighs on top of the rice mixture.
 - Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
 - Bake for 1 hour.
 - Remove the foil and add the frozen peas.
 - Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
 
Notes
- Use bone-in chicken for more flavor.
 - Let the dish sit for 5 minutes before serving.
 - This dish can be made in advance and reheated.
