Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- Green and brown chocolate melts
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
- Add flour and salt; mix until dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Divide dough into pieces and shape into rods.
- Boil water with baking soda.
- Dip pretzel rods in boiling water for 30 seconds.
- Place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Cool and decorate with melted chocolate.
