Ingredients

- 2 pounds of beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crock pot.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the roast.
- Layer sliced carrots and diced potatoes around the beef.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy your game day meal.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like celery or bell peppers.
- For added flavor, sear the beef before placing it in the crock pot.
