- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Celery sticks for serving
- Ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the spice mixture.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy.
- Toss the baked wings in buffalo sauce before serving.
- Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.

- Adjust spice level by using more or less buffalo sauce.
- Wings can be grilled instead of baked for a different flavor.
