Delicious and easy dips for your football Sunday using a crock pot.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 jalapeño, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine black beans, salsa, corn, cheese, and taco seasoning in the crock pot.
  2. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
  4. Stir in sour cream and jalapeño (if using).
  5. Cook for an additional 30 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
