- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips.
- Top with black beans and jalapeño slices.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and add salsa and diced avocado.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
