Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips.
  4. Top with black beans and jalapeño slices.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and add salsa and diced avocado.
  7. Serve with sour cream on the side.
