Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 package tortilla chips
  • 1 can black olives, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat and mix in salsa.
  4. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  5. Top chips with beef mixture and shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Remove from oven and add olives and avocado.
  8. Serve with sour cream on the side.
