- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 package tortilla chips
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and mix in salsa.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Top chips with beef mixture and shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and add olives and avocado.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like jalapeños or green onions.
- This dish can be made vegetarian by using black beans instead of beef.
