Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place the beef in the slow cooker.
  4. Add chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the beef.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes.
  6. Add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, and basil.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  8. Shred the beef before serving.
