- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth.
- Add cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, mix well.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.

- Use fresh ingredients for better flavor.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
