Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, mix well.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
