Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it into small balls.
  7. Mix cheese, bacon, and green onions. Stuff each ball with the mixture.
  8. Shape the dough balls into a football on a baking sheet.
  9. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
