Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Punch down the dough and roll it into small balls.
- Mix cheese, bacon, and green onions. Stuff each ball with the mixture.
- Shape the dough balls into a football on a baking sheet.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
