- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 burger buns
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and bell peppers.
- Add black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Form the beef mixture into patties.
- Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Top with cheese and let it melt.
- Serve on burger buns.
