Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, black beans, and corn.
- Add diced bell pepper, avocado, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss gently.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
