- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar, salsa, green onions, black beans, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
