Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add barbecue sauce, onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce.
- Serve on buns or with rice.
