Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
