- 2 Florida lobsters
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Split the lobsters in half lengthwise.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add garlic and lemon juice to the melted butter.
- Brush the lobster flesh with the garlic butter mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the lobsters on the grill, flesh side down.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
