A luxurious dish featuring filet mignon and lobster tail.
Ingredients

- 2 filet mignon steaks (6–8 oz each)
- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven to finish cooking for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare.
- While the steaks are in the oven, prepare the lobster tails.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate pan, melt the remaining butter and add minced garlic.
- Add the lobster tails, meat side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes until they are opaque.
- Remove steaks and lobster from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the filet mignon with lobster tails on the side, garnished with parsley.
