  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned.
  2. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the skillet.
  3. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, layer tortilla chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
