- 1 kg turkey breast
- 200 g cranberries
- 150 g pecans, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix cranberries, pecans, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey breast with the mixture.
- Rub olive oil over the turkey.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- Roast for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables.
- You can substitute turkey with chicken if preferred.
