Ingredients

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in black beans, kidney beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Add taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and beef broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
