- 1 lb cooked lobster meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns
- Butter for toasting buns
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Toast the hot dog buns in the skillet until golden.
- Spoon the lobster mixture into the toasted buns.
- Serve immediately.
