- 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lobster and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Combine pasta with the sauce and lobster.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
