 - 1 cup French onion soup
 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1/4 cup chopped onion
 - 1 egg
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - Salt to taste
 - Pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Mix until well combined.
 - Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
 - Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
 - Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
 
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
 - Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3 days.
