Easy cranberry brie bites are a delicious appetizer perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares, about 3 inches in size.
- Place a piece of brie in the center of each square.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the brie and cranberry.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use store-bought cranberry sauce for convenience.
- Feel free to add nuts for extra crunch.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
