A delicious recipe for dragon shrimp inspired by Red Lobster.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp by peeling and deveining them.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and buttermilk together.
- Dip each shrimp in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
