This recipe combines dragon broccoli and lobster for a unique dish.

- 1 lb dragon broccoli
- 2 lobsters, cooked and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the dragon broccoli.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the dragon broccoli in the mixture.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Add the chopped lobster and lemon juice to the broccoli.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
