- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Cover the dish and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake the chicken for 45 minutes, uncovered, until fully cooked.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
