Description
A classic appetizer made with hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and spices.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and then cool in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with extra paprika for garnish.

- Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
- Chill before serving for best flavor.
