  • 2 freshwater lobsters
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil a large pot of water and cook the lobsters for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove lobsters and let them cool slightly.
  4. Split the lobsters in half lengthwise.
  5. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic.
  6. Cook the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter mixture.
  8. Brush the mixture over the lobster halves.
  9. Place lobsters on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
