- 2 freshwater lobsters
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil a large pot of water and cook the lobsters for 5 minutes.
- Remove lobsters and let them cool slightly.
- Split the lobsters in half lengthwise.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic.
- Cook the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter mixture.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster halves.
- Place lobsters on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
