  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the lobster tails down the middle.
  3. Remove the lobster meat and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix with buttermilk.
  6. Dip the lobster pieces in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Carefully place the coated lobster tails in the hot oil.
  8. Fry until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
  9. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
