- 2 lobsters, cleaned and cut in half
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions
- Prepare the lobsters by cleaning and cutting them in half.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- In a third bowl, whisk the eggs and buttermilk.
- Dip each lobster half into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully place the lobsters in the hot oil and fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
