- 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip lobster pieces in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place coated lobster bites in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Ensure oil is hot enough to avoid sogginess.
- Can substitute lobster with shrimp or crab.
