Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
  • Fresh vegetables of choice

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add tofu cubes to the bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add marinated tofu and cook until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Add fresh vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
