- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix almonds, walnuts, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- Add cinnamon and melted coconut oil to the mixture.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
